COFFEE OF THE MONTH

COFFEE OF THE MONTH

One of the most special coffees we have sourced from our very good friends Leon and Aideen in Tanzania.

Villa Camila - Gesha
€18.00

This coffee offers a classic profile with a unique twist, featuring notes of orange, subtle brown sugar, and a touch of floral aroma.

Daniel Muñoz stands out among San Agustin’s coffee producers, bringing a distinct perspective shaped by his background. While coffee farming is part of his heritage, his family has traditionally focused on cultivating sugar cane-a crop they still prioritize today-even as coffee takes on a growing role on their farm.

Monteblanco - Cold Washed
€22.00

This is one of our favorites-distinctly shaped by fermentation, yet maintaining a clean cup with vibrant notes of red fruits and spices, reminiscent of pink lemonade.

Finca Monteblanco is a family-owned farm in Pitalito, overseen by Rodrigo Sanchez Valencia and his wife, Claudia Samboni. Spanning 18 hectares on a hillside, the farm’s wet mill and drying facilities sit at the top, while coffee plants grow along the slopes. Their focus is on innovation, continually experimenting with different coffee varieties and processing techniques.

Acacia Hills - Gesha
€22.00

This is undoubtedly one of the most special coffees for us. It stands out as a highlight of the year, sourced from one of our most important direct partnerships. Leon and Aideen have uncovered a true gem from a region not typically known for this level of quality but has so much to offer.

Expect classic Gesha notes of jasmine, mandarin, and vanilla.
