COFFEE OF THE MONTH

COFFEE OF THE MONTH

One of the most special coffees we have sourced from our very good friends Leon and Aideen in Tanzania.

Dimtu - Washed
€18.00

Fruit-driven and expressive, with notes of stone fruit and peach, complemented by hints of berries. A creamy body and long aftertaste make this washed coffee from Guji a beautiful reflection of one of our favorite coffee regions. The combination of high elevation, Ethiopia landraces, and careful processing brings out the clarity, sweetness, and depth that make Guji coffees so special.

Monteblanco - Cold Washed
€22.00

This is one of our favorites-distinctly shaped by fermentation, yet maintaining a clean cup with vibrant notes of red fruits and spices, reminiscent of pink lemonade.

Finca Monteblanco is a family-owned farm in Pitalito, overseen by Rodrigo Sanchez Valencia and his wife, Claudia Samboni. Spanning 18 hectares on a hillside, the farm’s wet mill and drying facilities sit at the top, while coffee plants grow along the slopes. Their focus is on innovation, continually experimenting with different coffee varieties and processing techniques.

This is undoubtedly one of the most special coffees for us. It stands out as a highlight of the year, sourced from one of our most important direct partnerships. Leon and Aideen have uncovered a true gem from a region not typically known for this level of quality but has so much to offer.
